I may be a bit late as we're going into the 7th month of the year but better late than never, right?  This mi amigos is my 1st blog and I should probably share a few things with you. I won't bore you with the details of my life but I will say this. I'm Lisa. I'm 4...in my 40's :), with a wonderful family and a cat name Boobie. Go ahead, did she just say her cat's name is Boobie? Yup, sure did, and there she is below where she's not suppose to be, knocking over my books.

I'm here like many others to share the love of my hobby, to express myself and share all that makes me happy, mad, sad, insane, confused which pertains to books. Needless to say I've been reading for many, many, many (ok enough many) years and while I still enjoy it as much today as when I first started I never thought to express my views on books. I never thought anyone would be interested in my viewpoint, that is until I came across YouTube or should I say BookTube and saw all these wonderful people providing recommendations for a thing we both love.....books. 

While I'm not that brave to start vlogging, I thought I would give blogging a shot and get used to things. Let me say this right now, I'm a little slow when it comes to all the tech stuff so I'm starting from the beginning to get a feel for what makes me comfortable, so if you have any suggestions please feel free to let me know in the comment section.
